Hilton Vacation Club Los Abrigados Resort & Spa Sedona, Sedona

Our stay had some highlights, especially the excellent location, ideal for exploring Sedona. However, we faced several unexpected issues, including a lengthy check-in process and cleanliness concerns in our room. The staff's communication could use some improvement, as they didn't follow up on requests as promised, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience felt lacking given the price we paid.

My stay at the hotel was delightful, thanks to its stunning surroundings and spacious accommodations. While I enjoyed the beautiful pools and overall ambiance, my experience was slightly overshadowed by the aggressive time-share pitch from the concierge, which was off-putting. The proximity to Tlaquepaque shops and the peaceful river area are definite highlights, but be prepared to bypass the sales attempts for a more enjoyable visit.
